jon: i wonder about bringing on michelle obama to campaign for, hairspray a lot people thought michelleama might be a candidate herself this time around. she has looked at that idea. is there a danger of kamala harris being eclipsed by the former first lady? >> well, yes there is that danger. before i got on i listened a little bit to her speech. it is very similar in tone to the speech that obama game here in my hometown in pittsburgh. it's pretty dark. there's a lot of fear running in there. there's also a lot of ridicule towards people considering either sitting it out for not voting for her at all. that condescending scolding does not sit well with voters. it's why imparts obama lost voters in 2012 as opposed to how many more in 2008. a lot of them were the working class voter. if you look at pennsylvania numbers between 2008 and 2012 for obama he lost him on the state, he still left 300,000 people that just did not show up. that's in part because he went from helping change in aspiration to this sort of like a professor scolding people that did not sit well with americans americans
