i'm michelle griego. time now 6:00. let's check in with liz a look at our busy morning commute. >> i know. so quiet out there on the roads. mass transit is on a holiday schedule for the most part, as well. bart is not even running trains for another two hours. they start running trains around 8:00. they are on a typical sunday schedule. tonight catching fireworks along the embarcadero in san francisco. they will be offering longer trains for that. golden gate ferries and caltrain also on a holiday schedule and 4th of july no ace train service at all. so plan ahead. also plan ahead if you are trying to get into san francisco from the peninsula. that northbound 280 closure remains in effect all weekend long from the 101 split to king street. the best bet is to use highway 101 right now it is looking good. gosh this time yesterday around noontime actually it really got crowded. still looking okay though as you can tell in our sensors all green all the way through hospital curve. of course that could change at any time as p
