nbc meteorologist michelle grossmann is tracking all of this and more for us, good morning, michelle. >> good morning, guys, great to see you, we are finally getting a break, a pattern change after this historical time, and heartbreaking too. we're dried into california and then another quick-moving storm. it doesn't have a whole lot of moisture, but it's not going to take much to see flooding because we have such soggy ground already we're looking at the next west coast storm that arrives later on tonight the moisture moves in tomorrow it's going to bring light amounts in northern california and then it's going to move into the great basin tomorrow very little rain, but still some rain for portions of southern california could see a couple downpour, otherwise we'll see it move inland rainfall forecast, anywhere from a quarter inch to half inch. you notice the yellows and orange, seeing where we could see heavier rain southern oregon into northwestern california. and expecting snow as well where you see pink and purples, especially in the sierra nevada mountains. we could see heavier
