michelle kosinski is live following developments.ut the potential break in the case? >> we only know what's been reported in the press here in britain. because scotland yard who has been working with or trying to work with portuguese authorities for the last few years, remember, british authorities opened up their own investigation of madeleine mccann's disappearance, even though it didn't happen in their own country, because portuguese police had closed the case. we know that british police again have asked the portuguese for some information. what they admitted that they did was send a letter of request. but they won't say exactly what that request was for. british press are reporting they want to arrest three men identified in these reports as burglaries who allegedly made a lot of cell phone calls among one another in the hours after madeleine mccann disappeared. police don't want to say a lot at this point. they basically told us, if we were going to make arrests or we wanted to make arrest why we would say anything about it? if
