a judge has given michelle mcnair 60 days to file an inventory of her late husband's estate. >>> baltimorenty police say they are trying to find a potential witness who could help them in the investigation of a light rail accident that killed two teens. abc2 news sherrie johnson now with the story. >> reporter: baltimore county police continue to search for answers after a light rail train hit and killed two teens. now officers discovered a possible witness who could have help in this investigation. police are looking for a passenger who was on the train that killed connor peterson and kyle wankmiller, both 17 years old. authorities say the teens were walking on the tracks, near the lutherville station and were hit by the train. the teens' family members want to know how the accident happened, how did two trains run over two teens twice and why did the first driver not stop? police say the passenger is not in any trouble but could help in this investigation. >> they really believe that this man saw quite a bit and he may even have experienced quite a bit while being a passenger on that tra

michelle mcnair has not spoken publicly since her husband was found dead on july 4. he was shot four times by his girlfriend, who then killed herself. meanwhile, national police are releasing video of her dui arrest a couple of days before the couple died. steve mcnair was a passenger in the vehicle at the time. he was not charged. he left in a cab. heather: thousands said goodbye in person. millions watched on television. now the city of los angeles is left to pick up the tab for michael jackson's memorial service. $1.4 million for increased security, traffic control, and clean up services. city officials are happy that they spent less than the original estimate, which was $4 million. they are now desperately searching for a way to pay these bills. they are asking fans to donate. the city has collected about $17,000 so far. that is a long way to go to $1.4 million. especially when california is in so much trouble financially. jon: they have some problems with their website that was accepting donations. a shocking video that grabbed national headlines. it was a tense
