well done, sir. >> thank you. >> michelle sigona, investigative reporter and founder of michelle sigona.com. we start with you. what is the very latest? >> the very latest right now, jane, is that, obviously just a few hours ago shaniya's body was positively identified from investigators. there is an autopsy that's being performed on that body right now which will tell investigators a lot about -- if she was sexually assaulted. how long the body was outside exposed to the elements. and a little bit more about how shaniya's died so that's what we're waiting for. we'll learn more tomorrow about that tomorrow morning at 10:00 a.m. in a press conference and investigators also came out today season said they do expect more charges to be filed. now whether those charges will come down against antoinette and also mario mcneill, who's being held for first-degree kidnapping right now, it is hard to tell. but that is something that we're waiting to hear about for tomorrow. as far as antoinette and mario, they're bogbeating held in a special portion of the jail right now where they're only allowed to

let's go to michelle sigona. it breaks my heart to see that footage of her. a 5-year-old curled up and trusting mario mcneil. her hand on his arm. michelle, is there any surveillance of her coming out? >> here is what is interesting, when investigators got the call they did, in fact, go to the hotel. it took them a while to break the surveillance code. every surveillance that is taken in different hotels or liquor stores, there is a code you have to get in. investigators had a hard time getting in. once they got in they were able to review the surveillance stills. they only released certain still photographs out to the public. these are the ones they have shown. they are keeping close to the vest, if there was surveillance of her getting out. >> john, do you think there is a gold mine of information from surveillance after this where we see shaniya leaving? do you think they have that? >> absolutely. they definitely have it. if they have the video preceding that, they have to have the video after that. i think there is going to be a treasure trove of informati

. >> let's get michelle sigona in. do we know anything more, michelle, about what happened as we try and piece things together ourselves? are authorities saying anything about who did what and when? >> what's interesting is that we were supposed to see more charges come out today, mike. but as you know, investigators are delaying that for some reason. it could be that they're waiting for the autopsy results to come back. it could be that they're trying to figure out the jurisdiction issues, like you mentioned. so there's a series of things i think with their time line and with the evidence. investigators are being very careful, because as they move forward with these charges, and into the courtroom, they need to be able to have everything lined up properly so it sticks. it sticks to the wall when they throw it out. so that's a really good important point in all of this. secondly, i do want to mention, that this is -- you may have mentioned this in your 5:00 hour -- the second time bradley has gone through a murder in hi

joining me now, michelle sigona, who has been covering this story extensively for us. lso with us, steve rogers, with the mcnutley new jersey police department. michelle, obviously a confusing turn here as we get a new arrest. mario mcneil, but no sign of shaniya, huh? >> no sign of shaniya. as you remember a couple of days ago, investigators took into custody a guy by the name of clarence coe. they actually charged him with kidnapping but released him today. then they arrested a man by the name of mario mcneil, as you just mentioned and now he is charged with shaniya's kidnapping. he's held on $100,000 bail. and he is the man that you see in the surveillance photos, carrying shaniya around the hotel. that hotel is about 45 minutes away from where she was initially reported missing throughout the sleepy hollow community. and what we do know from investigators is, is that i can confirm right now that they were only at that hotel for about an hour. around 6:11 a.m. just this past tuesday morning. and what investigators have found was that the tip came in on wednesday, jus

clinical psychologist michelle galland and investigative reporter michelle sigona of miguelsigona.com, i said it last night and i will say it again, dare we ask, what is the very latest? >> the very latest tonight, jane, is that the behavior analyst from the fbi are together. they're working on a crime time line to piece together antony sowell's life. now what has happened is they were on the ground in cleveland throughout the weekend up until yesterday. there were two agents. i spoke with special agent wilson from cleveland earlier today. and what he told me is that they will look back at sowell's life. from before he went into the military all the way up until the point where he was taken in and arrested. they will look at the places where he lived, the neighborhoods that he visited, and any unsolved crimes throughout the nation, and even over to japan. sowell did serve time over in japan, in california, and north carolina, and also south carolina. in addition, there is a funeral that is set for one of victims. 31-year-old talieka foreston will be -- there will be services for her t

. >> let's go back to michelle sigona. there's so much here. i'm sure baby shannon is in protective culls towed. what about her father, the biological father? was he in on this? what do we know about that? >> well, that's something else that investigators are looking into at this time. now, susan's husband was taken into custody last night. he was detained. he was questioned. and he was released. at this particular moment they don't feel he's involved. however, the investigators i spoke to earlier said that could of course change as they start to talk to people and start to close in this time line. so now, mike, as you know, this time line will expand back to 1987. i know there is an investigator from the case in 1987 that is in florida right now meeting with those investigators so they can match up notes and cross timelines to be able to figure out where susan has been, what is going on, and why we are at this point right now. >> let's clear this up. susan baker has a husband. he's under questioning. the mom, there's got to be a biological fat

here to discuss the case, investigative reporter michelle sigona. jane velez-mitchell, author of "i want." and host of "issues." first on the phone from north carolina is gordon anderson, crime reporter for "the sanford herald." gordon, can you bring us up to date on the case? what's the latest? >> i returned from a press conference at the fayetteville police department where they said they have not made a positive i.d. on the body located around 1:00 p.m. today. that came as a surprise. everything that we had been told up to that point is they expected to have made positive i.d. by this point and now they're saying they have not and don't expect to tonight. >> this might not be shaniya's body? >> it's possible, but the language that the police are using at this point seems to indicate that they're moving forward as though it's her. obviously they can't do anything as far as charging the -- mother or mario mcneill until they make that determination. from the language they're using it sounds like they're working on the assumption it is her. >> the mo

we're joined once again by michelle sigona with her own website, michellesigona.com. let's hit this from the top when we talk about possibly new charges, jurisdiction worked out. where do we stand on that? >> right now, hopefully by the end of this week, investigators will be able to figure out which jurisdiction these new charges will come from, and if in fact they are murder charges. there are two counties involved here. cumberland county and lee county. the initial charges did come from cumberland county. since the body was found in a different place, the new charges, the ones that we've been waiting for to come out for the last couple of days, may have to come from lee county. investigators met with the district attorneys from both offices yesterday for four hours, and they had another long meeting today, to be able to comb through all of the evidence, all of the past crime time line in this particular indication, and also waiting on the autopsy to come back. the medical examiner's office still has shaniya's body right now. it has not been turned over to her famil
