obviously, flint is the one thing that most people outside michigan know about michigan right now. and so for him to put himself front and center this way as the person who says he's going do get justice for flint has political consequences for him. i don't mean to be cynical to point it out. we have to be realistic in noticing that. i have a lot of mixed feelings and strong feelings watching this. on the one hand, accountability is good. on the other hand, watching tony dokoupil, melissa mays is an activist in flint who taught the country what was going on there. i would not have been able to cover what was happening without her documenting what happened to her family. forming activist organizations with her neighbors, making youtube -- explanatory youtube video it is try to get national media interested in covering what was going on. trying to back the people up as the state attacked them. to see her standing there saying, you know what? accountability is great but we still don't have clean water in flint an it's going to be years until we get it. that really is the bottom line h
