there is an interesting trend toward micro mfg., for lack of a better term, often related around food and electronics. i think we are seeing an increasing demand for potential pdr space. the challenge that we are having, and we're talking to the mayor's office on this, is that it is very difficult to build new pdr from scratch that is viable. we're looking at if there are ways to combine pdr space. the we are having conversations with folks about that. because pdr's rely on very low rent, it is hard to make viable on its own. with that, i think that concludes my report. there was no board of appeals meeting this week, so there is nothing to report from the zoning administrator on that. >> good afternoon, commissioners.
