i think that that actually sounded really great, as somebody who has worked with microbusinesses, i think this could be, like, a step up from la cocina before it happens, that somebody can afford a space. so i can see the tremendous potential for this community to come to an agreement with you where the community could not just, you know, incur the benefit but could actually help you with your business model. so i'm wondering, why didn't it happen? why -- why don't we have something in writing? how come it didn't gel?
