they're looking at flooding there, and this is really going to add insult to injury for much of the mid-atlanticome 64 in san francisco. it is 73 in mountain view. you can see the haze there. 83 in morgan hill, 61 in half moon bay. it's getting kind of gusty on the water here. temperatures dropping out of the 90s in the valleys, but still warm. concord 88, 81 in livermore and santa rosa. nee you'll notice how gusty it is in half moon bay and san francisco. primarily coming out of the northwest the next couple days. we had some cooling in the last five hours. look at the golden gate bridge. you'll notice fog free. just some patchy fog on the san mateo coast towards morning. cooler and breezier tuesday and wednesday. air quality will be better on the east bay. the rest of the bay area and temperatures will be comfortable overnight. low to mid-50s. there's just a bit of fog. and as we see that trough move into the area, that should mix up the marine layer even further by the end of the week. high temperatures tomorrow don't look much different than they did today. it will take a while to get that c

forecasters warn this could be the strongest storm to hit the mid atlantic coast in more than 60 years. jeff ranieri is tracking it for us. what are you seeing today? >> the storm is growing in overall size and strength. 140 miles per hour is the current observation. and look at the infrared satellite imagery. all the yellow and red are the towering clouds helping pull in the warm air. current path of this right now continues to move it right towards the atlantic seaboard. by thursday 11:00 a.m., it's just offshore as a category four. moving inland by friday. from myrtle beach to morehead city. potential landfall sometime late friday night or actually friday morning for that landfall. and then continuing into saturday. so we are still looking at a very powerful storm system. overall, five to 15 inches of rain. that will produce flooding, isolated amounts of 20-plus inches. a storm surge of five to ten feet. i'll talk also about a storm hitting hawaii and what that could mean in about 15 minutes. >>> a jury in san mateo county found a man guilty of child molestation. investigators belie
