cold air rolling right through the south and then heading, you guessed it right up to the mid-atlantic and the northeast once again. so if you doubt that it is january, certainly the weather is showing you that it is. and there's winter storms that we look forward to for those in the eastern half of the country. all right. meanwhile, back in the bay, we're finally getting some sunshine after a very foggy start to the day today. so pretty nice working its way up to partly cloudy day tomorrow will be windy. we do have that wind advisory for a lot of our interior portions and coastal portions of the bay area. and then wednesday, we are going to have some warm temperatures that sticks with this couple of days and we look like we stay dry for the next about 10 days, at least so on that front, we're doing. okay. back to you. all right. thank you. thieves have targeted and robbed 3 different businesses throughout oakland from saturday night into early sunday morning. no arrests have been made. >> but some of the business owners are blaming teenagers. kron four's joc moment has the story. >> o
