midas different is because the policy is different and it creates additional political challenges. the bush tax cuts by and large were just cuts across the board, just rate reductions, increases in benefits. tax cuts and jobs act is more of a tax reform. it reduces revenue on net but you have both rate reductions and you have base broad nurse. you are put in a situation here where you have to pass them all together because it is all one package, but you will have lawmakers that don't like particular provisions that are central to the law. one provision that i think is important, i don't think was brought up in the conversation but it will be central him is the limitation on the state and local tax deduction. you mentioned that members either want to eliminate or expand it and when you have a very slim majority it only takes finding two of those members to say 10,000 is not enough, and that changes the math almost immediately. >> you mention whether or not he made news, i think the chairman was particularly clear with a line in the sand around the reconciliation bill and the agreeme
