in-person absentee voting continues here at the zeidler building.you can also now vote at midtown center and the forest home library.... as well as vote absentee by mail. according to milwaukee's hundred ballots already mailed in are at risk of being tossed out because the witnesses on the ballots didn't provide all the required information.if you want to vote absentee by mail... there has to be a witness to the process to make sure the ballot is filled out by the right person. state law milwaukee... about 400 ballots were mailed in with just partial witness adresses. in most cases... the witnesses provided a street address but no city. clerks are not allowed to fill out the missing information without tracking down the voter for permission. although milwaukee's election comission has asked the state for permission to contact impacted voters by mail and tell them clerks ?will fill out the missing information unless they hear otherwise. if more ballots are sent in without all the witness information... we could see the number of impacted ballots reach the thousands. so as a reminder: witn
