a winter storm is slamming the upper midwest. is one of the hardest hit areas - with about a foot of new snow expected. the storm is headed east.and it's causing a traffic nightmare - including lots of problems at airports. more than 11-hundred flights at chicago's o'hare airport were cancelled today. airports in the washington d.c. area are also cancelling flights. a lot of schools and businesses were closed today in illiinois, minnesota and wisconsin.because of treacherous roads conditions....
