seeing those gas prices really jump in the midwest.is that going to last? >> yeah. and you can see right here behind me even up to almost $4 a gallon here in chicago on just tuesday the average was 2.75. how long it's going to last is really up to vp. it depends on how quickly they're able to repair this unit there at the oil refineries facility, which is shut down. this is one of the largest refinery units in the country and the largest in the midwest. so gas stations across the midwest, this is where they get their fuel supply from. now that it's shut down, they're forced to look elsewhere. as soon as this is up and running again, they're going to be able to get that gas again and as long as oil stays as cheap as says, they're going to see the gas price go, and it could be a month, it could be longer, just depending on how extensive the repairs are that's needed. >> phil, let's pull back a little bit. overall the supply of oil is glut; right? we've got iran coming on board. there are this who claim that gas will be under $2 a gallon
