all kinds of rain swirling around the midwest, the flooding rains, the midwest, and the mid atlantic. a piece that have want to come our way. we could use a good drenching rain, right, instead of the drizzly stuff we've been stuck off to the west through fairfield and hudson valley and drying up. some dry air was allowed to filter on in. that's going to moisten up again overnight and this will eventually move on in here door the day tomorrow. so start off with drizzle on the southshore, especially in cape cod, lesser amounts of drizzle will be spotty at first and become numerous in the afternoon and evening hours and important to watch for fenway park tomorrow evening. i don't expect a lot of rain around the park but there may be a few showers. i expect there will be. you go to the west where it was clearer earlier today, 48 degrees in bedford, nashua and fitchburg. 46 in keene right now. burr bus stop forecast will average 55. obviously cooler to the northwest and closer to 60 out on cape cod right now. a lot of clouds, spotty drizzle and northeasterly winds luggage time temperatures

the next change coming from the upper midwest. there is a bond of clouds and a if you showers. we may get a shower or thunderstorm here, me and then behind it is when the cooler air will start to come in. as we show you, we still have lots of clear skies for us to enjoy throughout tonight. well, mainly clear, just those thin clouds, as well as a deal of sunshine for tomorrow. even on friday we'll have some sunshine. but we'll start to see an increase in clouds and the chance of a shower or thunderstorm although it will probably be widely scattered as the cooler and drier air makes its approach into the region. official start of fall tomorrow at 10:21. i don't think you will feel anything different when that happens. as we get to friday that's when that front moves southward through the region and once we go behind it, it will turn cooler and much chillier for the second half of the upcoming weekend as we'll be clearly on the cool side of the jet stream. once we get to friday night and beyond. that's how it looks, but overall, i have to say the dry weather pattern looks like it
