fairfax county police believe miguel carrillo's death is gang related.5's lindsey watts is live in alexandria tonight with the very latest. >> reporter: shawn miguel carrillo lived with his mother in an apartment building not too far from where we are here in the mount vernon section of alexandria. the mother says that three weeks ago fishing in this pond near their home. she says she saw three men attack him and that was the last time she saw miguel alive. now police are saying he was murdered and this is gang related. initially fairfax county police said they did not think carrillo had any gang ties. but with further investigation, they found that he was associated with gang activity. police still are not saying which gang. of course, ms-13 has been a big problem in fairfax county as well as montgomery county. carrillo's body was found earlier this week about 30 miles from here in prince william county. we'll show you some photos now. these were taken by a viewer as police were recovering the body. this was in nokesville. you can see it looks like a la
