miguel almaguer is outside the federal court in boston. el, this hearing is really focused on the couple's legal team and whether there's a conflict of interest there. what are you finding out? is this conflict of interest a serious threat? >> reporter: well, ultimately that's going to be up to lori lava minute and her house massimo gee newelly. it will take place 3:00 this afternoon. essentially what's at stake here is the couple was sharing a legal team as opposed to have independent counsel. their attorneys have represented usc in the past. they'll have to acknowledge that. and as well as the fact that their attorneys are representing another couple that's accused in the same college scandal. once they get past all of that procedural stuff, their case will move forward. we expect them to gain entrance where the media is starting to gather. this will be another large scene as two hollywood celebrities make their way to boston. they are accused of paying half a million dollars in bribes to get their two daughters into usc. last april they
