mika, how would the intelligence community feel about a meeting like this?ey would be very concerned about it. it's really troubling because these are meetings that are entirely about optics. it's not clear what the substantive agenda is not only of the meeting that putin is inviting trump to, but what actually happened in the meeting in helsinki. we have the secretary of state refusing to tell the united states senators about what had happened in that one-on-one conversation. presidents don't just get together at the head of state level to have a chat. they usually have a very substantive agenda and are trying to address issues in america's national security concern. in this case, there is no substance. it is just about the optics. >> yesterday, secretary of state mike pompeo, or two daze ago, testified in front of congress. he didn't give a lot of answers as to what happened in that meeting or what's going on with north korea. what's going on with the communication between this administration and the intel community, but also between lawmakers? is it usual
