what is the trade, mike? >> one of the things, when we spoke about the integrated oil space, a good way to make a play on oil in the past and i typically mentioned conocophillips. i've said that a lot. it has proven to be a little bit of a value trap for me because it trades at five times earnings, 15 times forward earnings estimates and depends on what you think the future price of crude is going to be. reason for that, more exposure to refining, they invested heavily when crude prices were very high. they have more leverage, there's a lot of things that actually have sort of worked against it. despite the fact that i still think that maybe that's going to make a move, i'm looking at chevron with less exposure on the refinding end, less exposure on the natural gas end, and discounts on a multiple basis to exxon, which is the market leader. what i'm looking to do here is january 10, 60-75 reversal, looking to sell for $2.40 and buy the 75 call for $2.35. i'll collect 30 cents to do this trade. the reason i pi

let's go to mike brooks, who joins us now. mike, this is a huge development in this case. and i guess hopefully tonight folks down in gaffney, south carolina can breathe a big sigh of relief and put their guns away and perhaps sleep well tonight. >> vinnie, i tell you, i think they can. i just got off the phone with the south carolina law enforcement division, and they are confirming that it -- a positive identification through ballistics was made linking this man, who was shot by law enforcement early this morning, in gaston county, north carolina as the man responsible for the five murders in nine days in gaffney in cherokee county in south carolina. >> and what's amazing about this, mike, is that the investigation in north carolina was not at all related to the murder of these five people. it was completely separate. >> it was completely separate. but as we talked about earlier, law enforcement was headed that way from south carolina. the director and the deputy director sled because they had information which was leading them to believe that this was the guy and they w

today, mike hellgren spoke to her aunt about her condition. mike? >> reporter: in about an hour and a half here, community leaders and neighbors will gather. they will march against violence. they will go right past the spot about a block away here, where little raven was shot in the head. her aunt spoke to wjz candidly today about the case. and little raven's condition. >> reporter: right now, 5-year- old raven wyatt is fighting for her life. she was shot in the head, an act of random violence in the carol ridge neighborhood last week. her aunt has seen the little girl in the hospital. >> she's still unconscious. still in the hospital. but they said she had movement in her fingers and in her finger and legs. >> reporter: police arrested 17- year-old lamont davis and charged him with attempted murder. sources say the teenager who has a lengthy juvenile record was placed on home monitoring. but cut the monitor off the day before the shooting. the governor has been briefed and has ordered a thorough review of the case. >> what are we as parents suppos

here to answer that, mike brooks. mike, really interesting the way this investigation goes. they not only look at the physical evidence, but they did a lot of interviews and that really revealed a lot. >> absolutely, vinnie. cnn. thought it was a double homicide, vinnie, is they said he was seated on the sofa, and she was at his feet. now, they came in, did an overall of this crime scene, took pictures. but when they rolled her over, there was a semiautomatic gun underneath her body. that's when they said, well, wait a minute, we need to take a closer look at this. there was one other thing. a friend of his who came over and discovered the bodies, it was about a 40-minute delay. there were rumors that the crime scene had been tampered with and tried to be cleaned up. they put that to rest today and said, no, it was not tampered with whatsoever. sometimes it's not unusual to have a delay in a response talked about finding some gunshot residue on her hands, none on mcnair. with the interviews, she told someone, apparently two separate times that the things were all messed up.
