reporting live in bowie, mike conneen, abc 7 news. mauree within the past year abc 7 has reported on the arrests of three off-duty prince george's county police officers on assault charges. in two of those cases, investigators say the officers pointed guns at the alleged victims. abc 7 asked state's attorney angela alsobrook about those arrests and she says the arrest of three officers out of 1700 is not an epidemic and officers are saving lives. a former f.b.i. agent is expected to plead guilty to obstruction of justice and drug charges. matthew lowry is facing a 64 count indictment. he was found unconscious in an f.b.i. vehicle near the navy yard in september. lowry reportedly overdosed on drugs seized as evidence. prosecutors have dropped drug charges against 28 people because of lowry's alleged evidence tampering. only on 7, a warning after five violent daytime muggings in northwest washington neighborhood. the attacks all happened in the area around vermont avenue between 10th and 12th streets in the shaw neighborhood. four of th
