mike. >>> breaking news out of san jose, a rude awakening in one neighborhood after a car crashes into a home. >> "today in the bay" kris sanchez is at the scene in allenou know so far? >> reporter: the car is now gone, the work is just going to begin for this homeowner who had that car smashed into the front of his home. at this point it looks like the car only damaged the porch, but, of course, the foundation is under there, so the homeowner will have to look into that. we know one person was transported by balance. we hope that was a precaution. we gone know if it was the driver or somebody inside the home in the last 20 minutes or so i talked to the gentleman in this home. he said he definitely heard it, but he was okay. now, this driver seems to have come down, barreling down spew art avenue in alum rock. one other seek where the front tire was sheared off the side. we don't know the cause of the crash the neighbors think it was a possible drunk driving crash in san jose, todayth in bay. >>>. >>> new overnight, a missouri senate passes a bill. >> under the bill the ban would replay typically past the six week mark alabama's governor signed blanket

mike. >>> 5:32, breaking news for you in san jose. a rude awakening in one neighborhood after a car crashes into a home. >> "today in the bay" kris sanchez arrives at the scene, it's in allent do you know, chris? >> reporter: we know this car crashed into this truck. now the tow truck is here taking it away, you can see where it smashed into this home here in allen rock. it -- alum rock. underneath there is a foundation. so programs some trouble there. we do know one person was transported by ambulance. we don't know if it was someone inside the home or the driver of this car that smashed into this little yellow home here in alum rock. we do know chp was out here on scene and also the sheriffs department. so this is an unincorporated part of san jose. the car is being towed away right now. we have been asking whether or not alcohol has been a factor in this crash. whether or not there are any serious injuries and what precipitated this crash in the first place. these are residential streets. there has to be a reason why someone would build up this much speed to do this damage to this home. one person was transported. hopefully that person was taken to the hospital as a pre
