mike schuh live. it is raining here, causing slick conditions. a live report when we return. >>> good morning. welcome back to eyewitness news saturday morning. i'm gigi barnett>> i'm tim williams. the tempbusiness low freezing across most of the area. 20 degrees here on television hill. as gigi mentioned and mike schuh will show you, we have a messy start to thewalk. a two part system across the region it is bringing a mix. a bit of the rain moving across the area. the problem with temperatures at ground level below freezing. that rain in many places freezing on contact. so, built of rain, freezing rain and the snowfall portion of this seems to have moved on snow. although there is still of a mix out there. this is our out back, with the warmer air to the south. it is pulled up. it is falling through the colder temperatures. again, with the ground temperatures at freezing. this is what we call freezing rain. it is freezing at ground level on contact. with cars, with untreated surfaces. it will be this kind of a raw day starting off and continue through at least mid morning or so. the latest batch of this is moving across the baltimore beltway. across most of
