meteorologist mike bennett, what is the latest? >> this is the most scrutinized invest for a while now. invest 97, the threat is still there for this to develop into something. invest bermuda. nothing much to be expected there that. 99l, 40% chance the this develops in the next two days. big convective plume earlier this morning, dissipated, another one forming now but the not able to get its act together so far. higher elevations of cuba seems to be affecting it. eventually though it is expected to emerge out into the gulf. the model still wishy-washy what happens. but any time this time of the year you have a strong tropical wave make its way into the gulf you still need to pay attention pretty closely despite what the models may or may not say. as f a are going to see a surge of moisture regardless of whether the tropical storm develops, way off to our west, going to bring up moisture in our atmosphere and as we head into the work week, we'll talk about that a more in depth look at invest 19l coming up in about 15 minutes. >> mi
