so professor brown, i want to come back to this question of leadership so terribly important. it does strike me unlike some situations, we have two individuals in mike pence and in kamala harris who both have led substantial organizations. so they must have some track record as leaders. kamala harris as head of the attorney general's office and mike pence in indiana. >> that's exactly right. and i think what you can know about them, and what important as you're assessing them as vice presidents or one day presidents is that how they have led, which dimension they choose to lean on, likely going to be that dimension that they choose when they are in elective office in the white house, in some capacity. so it is important to know, you know, that senator kamala harris does look for that personal side. she does tend to draw on empathy as being an important part of her leadership style. when you look at mike pence, i think he is much more akin to president trump in wanting to have this sense of leading from strength. but i will also say mike pence has another dimension that he does lead from. and he tends to bring in more of that curiosity. he does ask m
