mike: if you travel up into canada right now, look at these temperatures. churchill, -20. that' s the cold that is going to come down here. let me give you an idea of what is happening. this is the winter weather advisory. it doesn' t go in effect until tomorrow night. we' ve got to get some cold air in place. as you see outside, it' s just to warm out there. the key to this one is really going to be that tuesday morning commute. that is going to be our biggest issue. it' s not that much snow, but timing is everything. 1-3 inches during the morning commute, first of the season, you get the idea of the problems. we could even see some ice inland. that is why things will be very slippery. temperatures in the 40' s and 50' s, but as the cool air comes in, it' s going to be with us tomorrow. temperatures hovering just above the freezing mark at best, and tomorrow night, when the snow starts to come in, it will be cold enough for that. we have that leading edge of cold air pushing in. we will talk more about that timeline and the snow arrival and when you can see the switchover
