this is action item and presented by mike clarke. >> i will walk through the presentation. this is the first rates and benefit approval request for 2024 rates contribution fwr for the plans. there is a lot of good information in this material. hoping you had a opportunity to read through it. i'll go through the highlights. this is the second year of a 3 year rating commitment the hartford delivered last year this time so keep in mind the rates i will ask for approval do not change from 2023 to 24. this comes off of a negotiation from last year's cycle for the current three year rating agreement where there was substantial savings delivered. page 6 shows that last year. substantial savings across each insurance lines from 22-23 and the rates continue for 2024. so, you see for employer paid coverage for life insurance on page 7, long-term disability on 8, rates and enrollment in each of the plans. starting page 9 and showing the supplemental rates for member paid coverages and then overall on slide 10 just to give a sense of the aggregate premium expected to be paid in 2024 b
