the cherry blossom festival continues in san francisco japantown, our own mike inouye and robert hondaut there in the parade. it starts at 1:00 p.m. and that will be a big event. thousands of people headed into the city just for the cherry blossom festival alone. you can imagine it will be busy in san francisco with all the events happening on the same weekend. as we head throughout the next couple of days temperatures will stay nice and warm. it does look like a good-looking beach weekend if that's something that you want to do. monday to tuesday you'll see over the next five days temperatures are really going to drop from 86 degrees in san jose today to 71 degrees with showers by tuesday. let's talk about the timing of our next weather system. we stop that clock for you midnight tuesday. showers moving through. they'll get even heavier as we head throughout wednesday. wednesday looks to be the most active. clearing out as we head through thursday and friday. as the jet stream stays just to the north of the bay area, we're looking good to measure, potentially, a quarter of an inch to
