>>> good afternoon and thank you for joining us for the news at noon, i'm mike hydeck. we are just two days to go until the president's 100th day in office. the trump administration is pushing its plan to overhaul the tax code. plus, he says he will not be pulling out of the north american free trade agreement now. at least at this point. craig boswell has the from washington. >> reporter: president trump says he will not immediately pull out of the north american free trade agreement. he tweeted this morning that he spoke with the leaders of mexico and canada and agreed to renegotiate the deal. he often criticized. but he added if they can't reach an agreement, he nay still terminate it. on wednesday, the president unveiled his tax reform blueprint. details won't be revealed until the summer. but the plan would slash the corporate tax rate from 35% to 15%. cut rates for individuals andly few the tax code by reducing the number of tax brackets from seven to three. >> the american economy has been held back and this is about unleashing economic growth. >> reporter: but c
