i want to get straight to mike inouye right now who has been tracking this crash on 580 westbound. d marcus, it's a deadly crash. very sad news. the worst part of my job is to have to report this, but the worst part of the commute is also as a result. i'm stepping in right here, this big rig is the front one, there's another one behind it and in between those two rigs from what i understand was a car that was smashed and the person inside that car was died as a result of this crash. we have seen in the last few minutes folks getting off here, squeezing by emergency vehicles at eden canyon road. that is the only way they can get out of this big brachup, 7, 8 miles of backup. this critical portion of the east bay the speed sensors started to light up, we will give them a chance to adjust, still effectively closed as you travel off of the dublin grade and over toward eden canyon road west 580 out of the tri-valley and heading over to the castro valley y. folks will have to head north toward high 24. some folks are taking a longer route and trying to adjust, a lot of folks are head up h
