i don't think mike lee has that same bluster. so ted cruz can intimidate people.s. >> if we talk about obama care, we know secretary sebelius will head to testify next week answering questions about the federal health website. we know that your home state's governor of kentucky has done a very good job with getting the uninsured in kentucky up and running and it's one of the success stories in the country now. as we look at mitch mcconnell, he's among seven gop senators who could be primaried because they dared to compromise on the shutdown. do you think that mcconnell will get blow-back or could the fact that obama care is actually doing well in kentucky insulate him from a party attack? >> well, he actually already has been primaried. a mat named matt bevins is running against him so he already has a tea party opponent and a pretty strong one. mitch mcconnell has been lying to the people of kentucky for the last four years about the affordable care act and those lies are catching up to him now because people are beginning to understand exactly the benefits of th

but also consider utah senator mike lee.senator lee told a tv station in his home state this week, kutv, that even though furloughed staffers were going without their salaries, he would continue to get his paycheck, buzzfeed picked it up. he told hometown press, i'm working, i'll continue to be paid. once that quote ended up getting national attention, senator mike lee denied he had ever said it. his staff called buzzfeed and tried to get them to take down their quote, saying kutv's story is wrong. we have called for a correction. really? you never said that? you never said, "i'm working, i will continue to be paid"? the tv station was wrong? they made up that quote? no, the tv station, it turns out, was not wrong, which the tv station proved by releasing the tape of mike lee saying exactly that thing. >> i've seen a list of dozens of senators and congressmen who have decided they're not going to take any pay during the shutdown. do you have any plans to do something like that? >> uh, ah, i don't. >> you will continue to be
