mike mibach, the woman is nine months pregnant. authorities say they believe she and the baby will be okay. ktvu crime reporter henry lee has the latest on the investigation. a woman who is nine months pregnant shot in the chest in east oakland. it's absolutely devastating here in oakland where a pregnant woman can get shot. it's disgusting. the community is outraged. the shooting happened as the woman was sitting with a man in this infiniti g35 near 77th and international at about 930 wednesday night. several men got out of a car. at least one of them opened fire on the infiniti , which was riddled with bullets. the woman was shot and a driver. she was with took off driving several blocks. a 73rd in international oakland police soon determined that the two scenes were linked to the same incident. the woman was taken to highland hospital in oakland, where both she and her baby are expected to survive. i was horrified when i found out about it. oakland city council member kevin jenkins represents the area where the shooting occurred. the details are still coming in as
