joining me now, my friend mike lupica, and liz plank. welcome to you both.o crack down on the slew of fake news published to the social media site. it is going to use a fact checking network to investigate and label fake posts and link to any article debunking the story. what do you make of this? >> i think it's great. long overdue, it should have happened before the election. just to focus on fake news and facebook's responsibility ignores the fact that donald trump is probably the largest distributor of fake news and the danger of him, you know, once he is president, to be tweeting things that aren't true. i mean, when he said that the election that he won was rigged, that was a big lie, and so we need to call that what that is and sort of call that out. that's a separate problem from facebook. >> mike, liz brings up a point that has nothing to do with facebook. just this week, donald trump says, i won in a landslide. he didn't win in a landslide. >> no it's one of those things i think if he thinks he says it often enough, he'll be able to make it true. as
