come forward until now, sandusky was convicted of crimes against him thanks to the testimony of mike mcquery. he saw sandusky in a sexual act with an unidentified boy in the penn state locker room showers in february 2001. mcquery said he told coach paterno what he saw. a report by an independent investigator this month said paterno and other top penn state officials failed to notify police and work together to keep the incident quiet. >> they showed no concern about the victims. >> reporter: paterno, before he died, and the other penn state officials have denied any wrongdoing. victim two's attorneys say he suffered extensive sexual abuse over many years and say they'll file a civil lawsuit against the university and others to hold them accountable for the egregious and reckless conduct that facilitated the horrific abuse our client suffered. there's no comment from penn state. in the past officials have said that they're trying to reach out to the victims to address their concerns and try to work outsetlements. no comment from sandusky's attorneys either, but his wife dotty has told a loca
