i'm claudine wong. >> and i'm david steve enzon, in for mike mibach.y school shooting in connecticut is the top story we're following this morning. new details continue to come out surrounding the events that led up to that shooting. renee marsh joins us live from newtown, where another press conference is scheduled to get under way in a few moments. renee? >> reporter: that's right, good morning. we heard one update from law enforcement earlier this morning. they weren't quite ready to release the name of the victims just yet, but they did say that at some point today, we can expect to possibly get the names of those victims. perhaps that could be happening shortly. it is unclear at this point. but we can tell you they say investigators will be processing that crime scene for at least another day or two and in the meantime, the people within this community, they are desperate and eager for even more answers. saturday morning brought new details about the attack on this elementary school and the victims killed. >> the victims have been positively ident

. >> and i'm -- and i'm mike mibach. an apartment caught fire near interstate 280.ie rasmus is live for us there where it remain answer active scene. >> reporter: that is right. nearly ten hours after this fire happened there are still fire trucks and emergency vehicles parked at the end of this court temperature this is bridge port court. the building that caught fire is at the very end to the left and it's orb subbed the view is blocked where we are standing because of all the emergency vehicles. this fire claimed the lives of three family members including a small child. according to several family members the victims were two grandparents and granddaughter. this fire started around 11:00 last night and neighbors tell us the grandparents, mother, and father, and several other children all lived in the apartment unit together. some of the family members escaped. three had to go to the hospital for smoke inhalation and according to fire spokesperson they are still in the hospital this morning. a san jose police officer who managed to pull out one of the family memb
