meteorologist mike nicco? >> he made a good calculation. live doppler hd shows 39 at what half but other side of the ridge where pack can is, it could be action set rating as it moves into pacifica at 46 miles per hour. that is the fastest wind where we expected the fast winds. most of us are in the 20 to 25 miles per hour range until oakland at 32. livermore and mountain view and novato at 15 to 20. up north, we had a tree downed over california 116 which was gallon over by wind at 116, that is are we are seeing the damage from the storm. we have had federally 2-4" of rain in the north bay and, still, a lot of moderate to half rain falling over the same area. we call this train echoing where waves and waves and waves of heavy cells moving over the same area like moving over a train track so we seeing ponding on the roads. notice the potentially stronger storms, with no lightning but if there was, it would be from this area with locally heavy rain causing local flooding and fatter gusts. our storm risk is still "high." urban flooding, creek
