. >>> mike schuman joins us from the at&t park. >> reporter: what a day it was, you got to win your homepener, and the giants did just that with a 4-1 victory over the d-backs, but a scare went throughout the ballpark. buster posy at the plate with two out, and you could hear taiwan walker's pitch hit him in the head four blocks down the road. he sat down, did not move. the trainer came out. bruce bow chi came out and they decided to take him out of the game. we talked with bruce bocci to see what was wrong with buster. >> he was hit in the head and he's a catcher, so now he's even more at risk and if he's catching and takes a foul tip, that puts him even at more risk, so we didn't want to risk that so that's why he came out. >> talking to him after, he was like, i feel fine, right after, checked on him a couple of times throughout the game and he said it was staying the same. so it's definitely, a, you know, nice to know that he's doing well so far. >> reporter: buster was walk out about an hour ago, he went through the protocol but they're going to re-evaluate him to see if he can play
