mike emanuel, thank you. for more on the fate of the g.o.p. plan to over overhaul healthcare and insurance, let's bring in fox news sunday anger chris wallace.'m going to tap your expertise here. you've been in washington a wild, a bill that can pass, what does it look like? >> there will be some changes. there's going to be something called a manager's amendment, that's going to go to the house floor. what is going to happen is over the next day or so, speaker ryan and members of the republican leadership are basically going to talk to the members of the freedom caucus, the hardline conservatives and say -- they won't waste any extra votes if they've gotten four republican votes against, it would have died in the budget committee. they got three. i am sure they knew they were going to pass with a margin of exactly one. they will look at how many votes they can afford to lose, and they will find enough sweeteners in there to get enough republicans to pass. at this point, i think this is less a policy issue than a political issue. by that, i mean that the idea of this all dying right now, the whole repeal and replace after seven years of repu
