let's add mike white to the list. he is the owner of a milwaukee manufacturing company called rite hite to the list. we'll add them to the list tonight. in a letter obtained by the "milwaukee journal sentinel." white writes to his employees, "on top of the burden of having your personal taxes increase dramatically which they will, your rsp contributions and healthy retirement are also at risk." white, he also states that he would likely be forced to drop employees, the rite hite insurance for obama care due to the competitive need. or as he puts it, in this thinly veiled threat, "every opportunity to make up for lost profits to taxes will have to be evaluated." as the "milwaukee journal sentinel" points out the letter falls under a provision of state election laws which says "no employer of agent of any employer may distribute to any employee printed matter containing any threat, notice or information that if a particular ticket of a particular party or organization or candidate is elected, the salaries or wages of the

i want to bring in white house correspondent mike viqueira.ake us through the timeline what we know for sure. >> it is as a fascinate story that will not go away for the administration. there is an implication and accusation coming from republicans ever since the attack on the u.s. consulate in benghazi exactly one month ago on september 11 that left four americans dead. implication is that the administration ignored signs that interest didn't do everything it could to protect the lives of ambassador steve sense and three other americans who perished in attack that day. the accusation is that they essentially lied to cover up the fact that terrorists were involved in order to keep their persona as tough on terrorism just two months out from an election. there were shifting explanations from the administration the day afterwards the president appeared in the rose garden saying there was an act of terror. jay carney and his spokesman said the film was to blame. you mentioned ambassador rice appeared on "meet the press" and started out spontaneou
