on the east shore freeway 28 miles -- excuse me, minutes.y 4 also up to 41 minutes thanks to a stall in place. the only place looking good is the south bay, making your way north on 101. coming through the bay bridge, this is a delay as well, although look at that beautiful sunshine. you at least have that to enjoy as you're sitting in traffic, backed up to the foot of the maze trying to make it through the bay bridge toll plaza. still slow making your way across the span into san francisco....
