winds could be approaching 70 miles an hour in the hills. this could cause some damage out there and some downed trees and power outages. those will be key concerns and a high surf warning with waves approaching 25ft in the friday forecast. here you can see the rainfall projections. and this is significant rainfall for the entire bay area. the north bay has already picked up so much rainfall. we're adding around two and a half to maybe four inches up in the north bay, but the highest totals expected in the santa cruz mountains. and as we check in on the san lorenzo river at big trees, the river level right now is just about 4.7ft expected to jump to about 14.7ft still below flood stage. as we do move into thursday morning, we'll definitely have to keep an eye on the rivers and creeks because we are expecting a sharp rise overnight. here is with with the water levels. so we're checking out the satellite right now and the radar, all the green showing up on the radar. we still have some more coverage offshore as well. so here's the setup on the
