it happened last night at the sunoco station on route 23 in west milford. photos show fire and black smoke billowing into the air. police say the driver suffered a medical emergency, lost control, hit the two cars and then hit a gas pump. the driver was taken to the hospital, but no one else was hurt. >>> a scare in the air over newark airport. several commercial pilots saw a drone as they prepared to land. >> janelle burrell is live from newark airport with more now on how close the drone got to the plane. janelle? >> reporter: chris, those drones were just a few hundred feet away from the aircraft. police telling us that the planes were able to land as scheduled and safely, but they say the drones are just as dangerous as an air strike and this morning, they are still searching for the people responsible. four separate pilot crews spotting the drones from the cockpits as they approached the runway at newark liberty. >> we just saw the drone at 3 3,000 here. >> reporter: prompting a warning from air traffic control. >> use caution. drone activity reported,
