now these storms are starting to lose bit of their power as they move through milford, north of dovertice this one storm with lightning strike north of 95 heading in to parts of chester county and moving towards delaware county. i'm going to take you now through future cast to show you what the future cast is thinking is going to happen with some of these cells doing a good job of picking up that isolated nature and we could see a cell moving in from maryland through parts of delaware. up into delaware county through chester county but it's becoming and more isolated and smaller cell as we head into nine, 10:0d news because that's when a lot of those fireworks are going to get going. nine to 10:00 o'clock and at this point it look like anything that is popping up will be very small, very isolated. fireworks at this point shouldn't see much of an impact from these storms that are popping up towards delaware and into south jersey i'll keep up to date with the forecast as well as thursday. that's the next best chance for some stormy activity i'll have that coming up in just a bit. lucy.

she is from milford, connecticut. she was in my office this week. she came down to d.c. this week. she and her boyfriend, i think -- i don't want to ascribe an engagement to them that is not true. i think her boyfriend. they came down here this week. they were supposed to be on vacation this week, and they decided to spend some of their vacation coming down to washington so that allison could tell her story to members of congress. when she was 9 years old, she was diagnosed with a rare liver disease. at the time she and her family were told that they would need to find a liver transplant in roughly ten years or she wouldn't survive. at the start of her sophomore year at sacred heart university in connecticut, she was starting to have symptoms of a condition that results from a buildup of ammonia in her brain. she was having a hard time cobbs traiting, had nose bleeds, news ya, vomiting of the her doctor said it was time for a transplant. she was at the critical moment where she needed a transplant. unfortunately none of her family or eight other candidates, friends think of -- i th
