david millborn, however, arrested for threats against police. reporting live, deanna durante. >>> one man is hospitalized after a shoot-out in philadelphia. nbc 10's drew smith is live. police say there may be more? >> reporter: that's right, tracy. it's the evidence that investigators found that point to another person possibly hit in this gun fight. it began around 12:30 this morning on north eight street near germantown avenue. the man told police he was driving when someone shot at him so he backed up and hit two parked cars. then he got out and ran away. police found another car at the scene riddled with gunshots. even a neighboring home got hit. the other car had no one in it but there were what appeared to be drugs inside. police have been checking hospitals including this one here.
