how bart passengers are feeling this morning.( james ) kron 4's sara stinson joins us live from millbraeanford swimmer convicted of sexual assault is looking to have that conviction overturned. brock turner's attorney was in court yesterday. he argued that turner never intended to rape anyone... because turner had his clothes on when he was found on top of an intoxicated woman. turner was sentenced to 6-months in jail back in march of 2016. that sentence led to outrage and the judge in the case was recalled. the court now has 90 days to respond to the appeal. ( darya ) a south san francisco man is convicted of molesting an 11-year-old girl. anthony miron approached the girl at a laundromat last summer. he told the girl he wanted to have sex with her... but didn't want to get her pregnant. miron then kissed the little girl's hand and cheek. when the victim's 15-year-old sister found her... the two went home told their parents and called police. miron is a already registered as a sex offender. he faces 37 years in prison. he'll be sentenced in september.
