our primary office we set up a couple years ago, a career transition office in millington, is handling all of these transitions. we are also very proud of the work that they have done to reduce the time it takes to make the transition. what used to literally be four to six months down to somewhere two or three days by analyzing the process and making it smoother. we believe as we look forward here in the next couple of years that the active component lane that's been so full and stayed full starts to transition we'll have an opportunity to bring those sailors into the resert. we want to make that transition as seamless as possible. most of that we've discovered has been our regulations and policies within the department. there have been several things over the last several years you have been helpful with in making that happen. i would say the most important thing we need to do, i mentioned earlier, we have to call meaningful work for the soldiers, sailors, marines, air men to do when they get to the reserved component and that's why assured access and other provisions well be very imp

dealing with millington and some showers right now. and even into chestertown. now as we slide to the south now. caroline county getting in on the moderate rain around henderson and also golds bro. and also churchill not looking too bad. getting some light rain across the area. so temperatures this morning they are a little bit cooler than this time yesterday. but they still have above average. because we should be at 48 degrees now for this time of the year. we can see the 53s in chestertown, golds borrow and also easton. the temperature and the dew point, the exact same so that means that we are dealing with some foggy conditions out there so as you will ed out and about -- heads out and about put the low peoples on instead of the high beams. less of the fog, more on the road. this is what has been tricky yesterday as well. this was supposed to be a warm front and didn't happen yesterday. we stayed at 65 below average. today i'm hoping this does move through and if so moving back is that warm front then temperatures will bump up into the upper 70s. future tren
