i was talking to another former steelworker at the mill from the mill who lives nearby and he commentedthe fact that he, the workers at the warehouse when they leave their shifts, they go screaming out ofhe the warehouse, just flying out in their cars they want -- they had to put speed bumps to slow people down and people are just desperate to get out of the because there is no sense of community or fellowship, you do your shift, your monotonous isolating job and then you get the heck out and get home. back in the day the workers were often roll out a steel mill and as a group, brought into the bar or diner or whatever it might be. the other group of people i focus on one chapter are small business owners in el paso, people who run small office supply companies el paso, from the office it's in el paso, not spring and these are people running small businesses with 12 or 15 people whose office supply goods or local government and school district and businesses and they have done it for years and they pride themselves on the service they provide the human interactions with their customers
