cops searched for jarek brown, who is wanted for a december 7th carjacking in milpitas. he ran into this neighborhood and into the home of an 80-year-old man. he took the man's keys and his car. he hit an unmanned police motorcycle as he drove off. >> it was like wow. is this really happening? is it a movie? it's crazy to see it in your own neighborhood. >> luckily, nobody was hurt. but police believe that brown is carrying a gun. >>> it is the bitter and lengthy meeting. and it continues as we speak. the city of oakland will hire inspect evaluators to look at the occupy protests. the mayor and city evaluator wants to get an outside person to look at it. and city regulators to do everything possible to keep the port of oakland open during protests. the port was partially shut down while police watched. the meeting has been contentious. >> excuse me, for people who advocate the rights of free speech, you're certainly not giving this man the rights of free speech. >> you can hear some of the contention. fruk drivers and others near the port were upset that the city didn't
