congressman gary mindy final quick word from you? >> not quite that way.ing in california. people are getting coverage. they are getting care. and that's very very important all the way around. of course there are problems. there are problems throughout the united states. and problems in california. that's not new. these were problems that i was dealing with in the early 1990s when i was insurance commissioner and once again in the mid 2,000s when i was insurance commissioner once again. they are ongoing issues and working our way through them. some of this is new and some is very very old o. and tom is quite correct. the ultimate issue is are people going to be able to get the healthcare that they need. the answer in most of california is yes but not all parts of california, because the insurance companies in california do continue to red line gee graphically certain areas. that's a problem that existed over the last three or four decades, it has yet to be resolved. and we have some of the mechanisms in place to do it. of course, there are ongoing problem
