i am mindy basara. a man is charged with sexually abusing a nine year-old girl in baltimore county. >> one in nine year-old girl showed to play at this park filled hole last summer, the girl's father was there to supervise. she went over to play with his son with some video games. court documents allege that he pulled the girl onto his lap and fondled her while the sun fat -- sat feet away. >> she has been in fear up to this point, but until she saw this, she was able to gain the confidence to reach out to a family member and report the abuse. >> he confessed to molesting the girl on two occasions. investigators are looking into his role as a volunteer soccer coach assistant. and his participation in cub scout activities. >> our concern is that there may be other children who could have been molested at any of these times. unfortunately, the time stand -- the time span seems to be a 10 year time span. >> the parish's involved to the proper precautions. there was nothing in his background that would sugg
